We exhibited at the 11th Japan Drone 2026 / 5th International Advanced Air Mobility EXPO 2026

|NEWS

We exhibited at the 11th Japan Drone 2026 / 5th International Advanced Air Mobility EXPO 2026, held at Makuhari Messe in TOKYO, JAPAN.
We sincerely thank everyone who visited our booth!

All three sessions of the open panel discussion featured industry-leading panelists.
With discussions you won’t hear anywhere else and opportunities to interact with the audience, the event was even more exciting and energetic than last year!
In particular, during the discussion on the utilization of “AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)” in aircraft, experts and test pilots shared their perspectives on both the expectations and concerns surrounding the utilization of AI/ML. Seeing many people in the audience, I realized just how much interest there is in this topic.
Once again, we sincerely thank everyone who supported us and everyone who stopped to listen the open panel discussion.

This year’s exhibition featured 311 companies from 14 countries, and the total number of visitors over the three days was approximately 20,000. Although the opening hours on the first day were shortened due to a typhoon, visitor numbers on the second and third days were similar to last year’s.
This year’s exhibition had a higher number of overseas exhibitors than in previous years, and with visits from government officials from abroad, international exchange became even more active.

We plan to exhibit at next year’s Japan Drone / International Advanced Air Mobility EXPO as well, so if you’re interested, please feel free to visit us!

Scenes from the Event

From here on, we’ll share some highlights from the event.
Similarly to last year, the event attracted a large number of visitors, but this year featured increased participation from overseas exhibitors and attendees—particularly from Asia—which led to more active exchanges with Japanese companies.

Scenes from the Open Panel Discussion

We began holding open panel discussions at our booth starting with our 2024 exhibition, and we feel that the energy has been growing with each session.
Rather than creating a session where information is simply received one-way through lectures or presentations, we have continued to host these discussions with the hope that engaging in dialogue on an eye-to-eye level and at close distance, and promoting two-way communication, will become an opportunity for participants to think together and take action.

This year, we held a series of three discussions over three days. My impression was that, regardless of the topic, a great many participants actively joined in by taking notes and asking questions.
From our company, COO Nakata participated as a panelist on Day 2 “Standardization Activities Supporting BVLOS Flight”, and CEO Yasumura participated as a panelist on Day 3 “The Utilization of AI/ML in Aircraft”.

Here are some highlights from the discussions.

Day 1 ”New Aircraft Regulations Start in the U.S. – What Is MOSAIC?”

Day 2 ”Standardization Activities Supporting BVLOS Flight”

Day 3 ”The Utilization of AI/ML in Aircraft”

We’ll be sharing updates on AeroVXR’s activities, so we hope you’ll look forward to our next post.
We’ll continue to contribute to the development of the aerospace industry!
