Introduction to the NASA Systems Engineering Handbook : Content Proposals for ConOps
This handbook provides a general overview and describes the systems engineering (SE) processes that should be applied within entire NASA.
These processes include the process for defining stakeholder expectations to be described in the ConOps, and also include the content proposals for ConOps (Appendix S).
