This is an introduction to a site for searching and purchasing public standards related to drones, aircraft, etc.
The MIL standards search site has an older version, but the standards themselves can be viewed.

ASTM standards are developed and published by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International), a U.S. standards organization. There are standards for all industrial materials (iron and steel, nonferrous metals, rubber, plastics, coatings, textiles, etc.).
SAE Standards: https://www.sae.org/standards
SAE Standards are standards established by SAE International, a U.S. engineering organization. SAE standards include those for steel materials, lubricants, batteries, front lighting, etc.
JIS standards: https://www.jisc.go.jp/index.html
JIS standards are Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS ) and include standards related to the production of industrial products such as automobiles and electrical appliances, as well as standards related to information processing and services such as character codes and program codes.
